GoPlayTester is operated by PT Border Tech Indonesia. This policy explains what we collect when you order closed testing, why we need it, and who else handles it. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address and, optionally, phone number.
- App details: your app's package ID, the two closed-testing links you submit and, if your app needs a login, the test account you give us for our testers.
- Order progress: testing dates, status changes and your production-access result.
- Technical data: IP addresses in server logs, used to prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
We never see or store your card or PayPal details — see section 3.
2. Why we use it
- to run your GoPlayTester order and the 14-day test;
- to email you about your order (confirmation, testing start, results);
- to answer your questions and handle guarantee re-tests; and
- to meet legal and accounting obligations.
We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
3. Who else handles it
- PayPal — processes your payment (PayPal account or card) under its own privacy statement. We receive your payment status and the email PayPal has on file, never your card details.
- Resend — sends our order emails.
- Cloudflare — protects and delivers this website.
- Our testers — receive only what testing needs: your app links and, if provided, the test login.
Our servers are in Indonesia. Some of these providers process data in other countries under their own safeguards.
4. Cookies and local storage
The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser remembers the order IDs you opened here (local storage) so you can find them again; you can clear them at any time. The admin area uses one session cookie for staff sign-in. PayPal's checkout may set its own cookies when you pay.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and the guarantee, and afterwards as long as accounting law requires. Test logins are only needed during testing; ask us and we'll delete them once your test is finished.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp +628214570269 with your tracking ID. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above. Material changes are announced on this page.
