These terms govern the use of GoPlayTester, operated by PT Border Tech Indonesia. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to them.
1. The service
GoPlayTester provides Google Play Console closed testing with 12+ human testers on real Android devices. Your app is tested every day for 14 consecutive days, as Google requires before you can apply for production access.
Once your links are approved, we start testing from 8:00 PM WIB (UTC+7) each night, in the order links were approved. The 14 days count from the moment we start your app, and testing runs every day — including weekends and public holidays.
2. Price and payment
- The price is the one shown on the order page at the time you order, per app, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Payment is made upfront by credit card through our payment provider. Prices are shown in USD and charged in IDR.
- Testing begins once payment is received and the required steps (the tester invite and your two app links) are complete and verified.
3. Your responsibilities
In your Closed Testing track, you must:
- include Indonesia under Countries / regions, where our testers are based;
- add our tester Google Group
[email protected]under Testers; - send the changes for review in the Publishing overview; and
- submit valid Android and web testing links for the same app on your tracking page.
During and after testing you must also:
- not update your app during the 14-day test;
- not give a rating below 5 stars during the test — a rating below 5 stars voids the guarantee; and
- report Google's decision (approved or not approved) on your tracking page within 20 days of testing starting (the exact cut-off time is shown there). We recommend applying for production on day 15. Without a report by the deadline, the order is considered complete and your app is removed from all tester devices.
If Indonesia is not included or the changes are not sent for review, our testers cannot join and the 14-day period cannot start.
4. Guarantee until approved
We support you until Google approves your app for production, as long as every responsibility in section 3 is met. If your app is not approved, we run testing again at no extra cost.
5. Apps we don't serve
We do not test gambling apps or any app that violates the Google Play Developer Program Policies. We may refuse or stop such orders.
6. Refunds
Because the service includes a guarantee until approval, payments are in principle non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Data and privacy
The data you provide (name, email, phone number and app links) is used only to process and support your order. It is not shared with third parties except where needed to run the service, such as our payment provider.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its date are always shown on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
